Strömavbrott orsakar problem på vhs.se
Byggnaden där Verket för högskoleservice har sitt kontor har drabbats av strömavbrott, vilket har påverkat våra servrar. Just nu är vår myndighetssajt, Vhs.se, oåtkomlig. Även vår telefonväxel är ur funktion.
Vi hoppas att strömmen kommer tillbaks så snart som möjligt. Just nu har vi inte fått information om hur lång tid det kan ta. Vårt bästa råd i nuläget är att ni försöker senare.
Vi ber om ursäkt för det och hoppas att får strömmen tillbaks, och sajten på gång igen, så snart som möjligt.

After working diligently on the problems we had earlier, studera.nu is available again.
It is possible that the site could experience problems for the next several hours. If you have difficulties, please wait a few minutes and try again.

Technical problems on studera.nu
At this time, studera.nu is unavailable.
Here at VHS, we had planned technical maintenance for this evening. At first, we thought that we could manage the site update by just closing ”Your pages” (Mina sidor) and ”Course search” (Hitta utbildning) at this time. As we began the site maintenance, we realized that we would need to close down the entire website.
It is uncertain at this time if the site will be available again tonight. Our best suggestion is to try again tomorrow, Friday, at 10:00 am CET. This is the time that we currently have planned to finish our work and get the site back up and running.
If we encounter any further problems, or if the time we expect to open the site again changes, we will let you know on this blog.

Studera.nu working well
Good morning,
After a meeting this morning, we have determined that things are working as they should on studera.nu, and have been since a bit after 7 pm CET.
Just a few minutes ago, we completed our regular technical work and a new version of our admission system, called NyA, is in place. Students are now able to use the Search (Sök) and Your pages (Dina sidor) functions again.
We are still not sure what caused the problem and that is where much of our focus will be today, in assessment. We have extra coverage here today to keep an eye on things and make sure everything continues to work as it should while we look into what caused the problems yesterday.’
As it stands now, things are back to normal!

Latest update on studera.nu
Hello again,
We have had a meeting tonight regarding studera.nu. A search for the cause of the problem and some changes has resulted in the site showing stability since earlier this evening.
Tomorrow morning, the team will be meeting to work more on what happened and see if anything more needs to be done to ensure the stability of the site. At this time, we are still planning on opening Your pages (Dina sidor) and Search (Sök) at 10.00 CET. If that time needs to be changed, we will notify you here and on studera.nu.
Once again, thank you so much for your patience. We understand that it can be frustrating to have to wait to access studera.nu. We are using all of our resources to find and correct the problem and bring things back to normal.

Technical problems with studera.nu
This weekend, we have been working on technical maintenance on studera.nu. During the day today, Sunday, we have noted that at times, users are met with an error when attempting to enter the site. Each time this has happened, access to the site has returned after just a few minutes.
We are in the process of determining what is happening with studera.nu and fixing the problem. We suggest that, if you are met with an error message, that you wait and try again later.
We will update you later today with further information as we assess the situation.

Från och med fredag eftermiddag kommer det pågå tekniskt arbete med att uppdatera studera.nu. Det innebär att du inte kommer kunna gå in på sidorna Hitta utbildning och Dina sidor. Arbetet är klart på måndag förmiddag, och då kommer du kunna besöka sidorna som vanligt.
‘Course search’ and ‘Your pages’ will be closed from Friday afternoon.
We are upgrading our systems over the weekend, and as a result it will not be possible to log in to ‘Your pages’ or to use the ‘Course search’. You may also experience longer load times on studera.nu.
Work starts this Friday, 11 February, at 3pm CET and systems should be back to normal around lunch time on Monday. We thank you for your understanding.
